1994 Plymouth Voyager fuel leaking

I have recently discovered when I fill up mygas tank the fuel rushes over the tank and splashes on the ground same thing when going up or down a steep hilll I jusy had the fuel pump replaced not too long a go any ideas or tips how I could fix or figure how to contain the leaking full and the fuell only leaks from the top

May be tough to do without a lift to really get a good view of what is going on. Sounds like the filler neck is leaking. I would take it back to the shop that did the pump and ask them to check it to see if responsibility is on their end. Loose clamp?

On the other hand the neck may be rotted and allowing the leak. Moving it about may have contributed to it's demise, but it has to be done to replace the tank.
