whenever i open my windows, they kinda chug down. i dont know whats wrong with them

It sounds like the internal gears need lubericated. It will require you to remove the door panel. Once you do that, you should be able to see the gears / linkage. Use an all purpose grease and place a thin film over all of the geared linkages.
