Electrical problem
1979 Other Plymouth Models 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual miles

I have a 1979 Plymouth arrow pickup 2.6L sport. I recently did a tune up ( new distributor cap, rotor, plugs & wires). A few days after the truck just died. No sputter just died instantly. Full on fuel, has compression, correctly adjusted carb. Has no spark. Replaced the coil as well as the distributor. Put back in the distributor and it ran for about 3 mins then died instantly again. Now it has no spark. Has Power from the ignition switch down to the + side of the coil. Power coming back out to the - side of the coil from the distributor, but when a test light is hooked up to the negative side and the engine is cranked, the light stays lit, it does not blink. Any help greatly appreciated!
