My car has been overheating and throwing out coolant and I've noticed the coolant fans haven't been turning on. I've tried adding coolant but all it does it throw it out so we checked the thermostat and fuse for cooling fan and both were fine. What could be the problem?

How did you check the thermostat?

It sounds like you overheated it and now have a head gasket issue.

I had to generalize since you provided no motor size

Make sure you have voltage to the fuse. Check to see who have power going to the coolant fans. This can be done with a test light or meter.
