Car overheats while in traffic (sitting at idol). Turn on heater and it alternates between heat and blowing outside air every 2 or 3 min. When it is blowing outside air the temp rises, when it blows heat is becomes stable again. Steam pours out of water tank when temp rises almost to red. Refill water tank on a daily basis and turn ignition off if it becomes too hot (in red). Stabilizes after 10 min of turning car off. Research indicates it may be a clogged radiator or thermostat issue. Thank in advance. (Smells like something is burning)
