I have a 1997 Opel Tigra, when I am stopped with the engine running, white smoke comes from the exhaust in medium amounts. When I 1st start it up, the smoke is not too bad, but once I drive a bit and stop, it picks up. Also, I sometimes smell gas after operating the car. Where is the smoke coming from, do I need a new exhaust and the gas smell that shows up sometimes, is that a fuel filter problem.
