Engine Cooling problem
1999 Opel Corsa 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual

My cars temperature use to be around 90-95 degrees on the gauge. These days the temperature is around 100 degrees and the fan only activates around 100 degrees. I think something is wrong. I had the car in to the dealer which repalced the switch that plugs into the aircon but the condition is the same.
I do use anti-freeze and is scared that the car will get engine damage. I have replaced the sensor that measures the temperature as well as the radiator cap. So far no difference.
Any ideas?
