Noises problem
1998 Oldsmobile Achieva 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 160000 miles

I slide off the road due to weather. I bent the rim and had it replaced. But since then betwen 45 - 60 it has a pulsing vibration. It sounds the same as when you run over the rumble strips that are on highways now. The whole car vibrates - the mirrors, the dash and even feel it in the body. But the steering wheel don't vibrate. I tried to see if it changes when braking, coasting, and accerlation. It don't change till you either slow down below 40 or get above 65.

Did you use the old tire on a new rim? If so, did you check for shifted belts?
