I would like to know how to reset this light. The Accents that are shown on YouTube have an "OK" button, select and reset on the steering wheel. My car only has the buttons for the cruise control on the steering wheel. The screen b/t the tach and speedometer only show tripA, tripB and odometer reading. It's not a drop-down menu.
My car is the basic model. The only thing I see is a trip reset button next to the odometer.
Please advise.
Thanks

It sounds like your 2016 Hyundai Accent does not have the multifunction steering wheel with the "OK" button, select, and reset buttons. In this case, to reset the maintenance required light, you can try the following steps:

Insert the key into the ignition and turn it to the "on" position without starting the engine. Locate the trip reset button on the dashboard, which is usually located near the odometer or speedometer.

Press and hold the trip reset button for several seconds until the maintenance required light starts flashing.

Release the trip reset button, then press and hold it again for a few more seconds until the light turns off.

This should reset the maintenance required light on your 2016 Hyundai Accent. However, it's important to note that this procedure may not work on all models or years, and some models may require a different procedure.

Please let us know what happens.
