I had pulled the bed off for the fuel pump thinking bad fuel pump found not getting Volts on green wire.
finding no power bad relay replace relay still no power at the green wire. After touching many things tracing wires started getting power and worked fine. The next day I went to put fuel pump back in not retested it and no power on green wire iam loosing ground on the relay. If I ground the the relay power is there.
can I permanently ground it.? If not y? What else?

Check for a pooor connection at relay for one, maybe tweak the prong to see if it works ok. It may be a bad module as well but check the ground on rear frame rail see if it's rusted/corroded etc to see if that is the problem. Also check your asd relay as that may be the problem and ground for pcm on top of generator. Finally have a pro scan it for a bad pcm.
