Truck has no spark and when i put a fuel pressure test it goes to 60 but comes down to 0 right away.

Hello,
This could be a problem with your vehicle's Crankshaft Position Sensor (CKP). Your vehicle's Power-train Control Module or "computer" uses the information of the CKP to determine the speed of the crankshaft and by this the rpm's of the engine. Without this information your vehicle will not start. I have included a couple of diagrams in the diagrams down below and a few links below:
