2003 Nissan Xterra 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 96000 miles

WHERE IS THE KNOCK SENSOR LOCATED SHOWING HIGH OUT PUT I WAS TOLD THIS MEAN IT IS OVER TORQUED IF SO WHAT IS THE TORQUE SPEC AND WHERE IS IT LOCATED ON A V6 CAN IT BE REACHED EASY WITH HAVE TO REMOVE HAVE THE ENGINE DO I NEED A SPECIAL TOOL

The knock sensor is located on top rear of engine see item no.3 below

The only problem I have with this picture is that it doesnt tell u that the knock senser is located under the lower intake manafold asmb the upper and lower intak manafold must be removed too replace this part it is a very involved repair lsauto
