I have a 2002 4x4 Nissan Pathfinder 3.5L V6, 64,000 miles. SES light is currently on for trouble codes P1130, which for my car means "Swirl Control Valve Control Solenoid Valve", and P507 "Idle control system RPM higher than expected". Are these codes related and what do they mean? What is the problem and how would it be fixed? I haven't noticed any problems with the car, but P1130 has come up a twice in the past few months prior to this instance. I had it checked out by a mechanic the first time it came on and after testing the valve, they said it worked okay and they couldn't figure out the problem. They also said it was hard to diagnose the problem without another trouble code to give them more info on the potential source of the problem. Is this second code a clue as to why I keep getting the P1130 trouble code?
have the same problem?
