1991 nissan pathfinder 4wd 3.0L 235,000 miles.I am changing the front brake pads. I have an issue with getting the drivers side caliper to go back on. There are two bolts that hold the caliper on. I cant get the caliper mounts to go over the places where it has to mount. I tried to put it on the bottom first but it acts like something is wrong, kinda tight. The passenger side went right on. I have the cylinders collapsed as far as they will go. The place where the two screws mount have a rubber piece around them, do these move in and out? Any suggestions?

Use a C-clamp and push that piston all the way in
