I own a 1998 Nissan Patrol Safari with a 4.2 L diesel engine. My problem started after I had the car re-painted. During mornings when the engine is still cold, idling RPM is very low and the engine would, at times, stop. When the engine is warm, the problem disappears. During the time it was re-painted, the engine was never warmed-up daily. Does it have anything to do with my problem?
