THE AC BLOWER FAN WONT COME ON AND ALL FUSES ARE OK. THE DISPLAY SHOWES THE FAN SPEED INCREASING BUT STILL NO AIR FLOW.

First you want to test for power and ground at the motor with a test light. If power and ground are good you will need a blower motor. If no power or gound then you would follow a wiring diagram and test for loss of power or ground.
