Complete Power Outage!

I have a 1998 Nissan Altima with 145,000 miles on it. I got back from lunch and turned the car off. I tried to re-start it to listen to the radio and it had a complete power outage. None of the lights would come one, it does not start at all, not even act like it's going to. The power windows and door locks aren't working.

Check the fusible links-might be loose or blown.

Or battery connections
