A/C runs all the time

2001 altima, 55000 miles. A/C blows cold all the time.
Turn fan on, AC cold even if you do not push AC button. Cold air blowing even in vent position. I changed the AC relay, no help. Could it be the AC heater controls in the dash? If not then what do you suggest. Thanks for help :mrgreen:

Start by testing the a/c switch in te dash, the compressor has to be signaled to turn on, cant do it alone
