I was driving into our driveway (long, rough dirt road) and my Yukon xl died, I shifted into park & attempted to start, nothing happens. I get a clicking sound at the ignition & the airbag light comes on, the seat belt light, battery light & the security light (that one stays in constantly) but nothing else. My door locks wouldn't work, nor my windows at first, then they began to work again, as well as the radio. The battery was replaced a month ago. I changed the starter relay, the ignition switch & checked the fuses. I had pulled the covers from the steering column off to change the ignition switch & noticed a yellow wire on the left of the steering wheel had come apart from a connector, which I fixed. Now, I just get the clicking sound at the ignition, the chime that indicates door open, etc and those same dash lights, however even after I remove the key, the security light stays on & my parking lights stay on as well, unless I unhook the battery.
