Engine Performance problem
2005 Mini Cooper S 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual 36,000 miles
Problem started last week, and may be getting worst. Car hard to start after sitting several hours. Car starts up, but acts like it is only running on 2 cylinders. Turn off key and restart, and car usually starts and runs fine. Sometimes takes 2 trys to get car running right. Nothing looks out of place under hood. No engine codes. Engine runs smooth and pulls all thru RPM range after running. Restarts after car has been drove are no problem. Outside temp does not seem to be a factor. Using same premium fuel we always have. Was thinking fuel regulator, but may be way off. Ideas?
