HI I WAS WONDERING WHY MY BRAKE PEDAL ON A 99 VILLAGER GO ES HALF WAY TO THE FLOOR BEFORE STARTING TO STOP. I CHANGED FRONT AND BACK PADS AND SHOES AND SEEMS THE SAME AS WHEN THE OLD PADS WERE ON.THANK YOU

Misadjusted rear shoes could be the problem
Check and adjust rear shoes
Check if brake hydraulic system leaking
Check brake lines and wheel cylinders for leaks
