1994 Mercury Tracer Fuel Cut Off Light

Engine Mechanical problem
1994 Mercury Tracer 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 74,488 miles

This car suddenly stopped running one day. I checked the fuel pump (it's pumping fuel), replaced the fuel filter, Checked the internia switch, and replaced the Throttle Position Sensor but the car still won't start. The "Fuel Cut Off" light is on and the "Check Engine" light is on. What should I look for now or do to properly diagnose this problem. I hooked a voltmeter to the diagnostic terminal and got a code "133" but there's no trouble code 133 in the shop manual. I don't want to continue with my "hit and miss" method of fixing this problem. Can you give me some advice? Thanks.

Do you
have the same problem?
