Engine Performance problem
1991 Mazda Truck 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 160000 miles
I have a Mazda B2600i Cab Plus truck with 160k miles. I have had a considerable amount of work done on the truck in the almost 3 years I have owned it. It is a great truck and I want to keep it going. There is no REAL problem with the truck right now, but I want to keep working on general maintenance. There is a small oil leak in to the cylinders at the first crank up of the day, which I have been told is normal for the engine. I have replaced the head gaskets, spark plugs/wires, distributor cap, radiator, thermostat, fuel pump, and fuel filter. Is there anything else I might be able to do to increase the gas mileage and overall life of the engine on a budget?
