By saying 'won't turn'. Do you mean the car will not go forward under power OR wheels can't turn?

Does it make any sound when you let the clutch out? Or try to move?

My 'guess' is either a c.V. That is broken inside the boot, some sort of clutch failure. Or worse a pinion/ring failure in the transmission.

Let me know more about the problem.
