Last night my 1991 Mazda Miata (30Kmiles-Manual) had to be towed. The wife and AAA could not start it, not the battery.
When the car was back on the ground from the flat bed it started but you had to keep pressing on the gas otherwise it would turn off right away. I tried it again later and the same thing, it starts but won't stay on unless you are on the gas and even like that is hard to keep it on, doesn't jump like trying to stay on, just shutts down. Tried to start it later today but this time it cranked but doesn't start; thinking it could be the fuel pump?
