2000 Lincoln LS Fuel pump

Im Having a problem trying to get my car started ive replaced the pump but for some reason it wont turn on is there a reset button of some sort

The main fuel pump is located behind the passenger rear seat bottom. The Jet pump to stabilize fuel in the saddle gas tank is behind the driver rear seat bottom under 6" rubber cover. When replacing fuel pump replace fuel filter also. Located in driver front wheel well behind skirting. If you get pump, and filter installed, and the car doesn't start it's one of four things wrong.

1. Fuel pump shut off switch needs reset
2. Fuses blown ( there are 2 fuses. 1 is kick panel passenger side floor. 2 is in the trunk in the power distribution box)
3. Fuel pump Relay bad. (Is in trunk P.D.B.)
4. Fuel Pump Diode bad. (Is in trunk P.D.B.
