Steering problem
2000 Lincoln LS V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic 135, 00 miles

I bought a new clockspring and rented a steering wheel puller. I'm just not certain of how to get the cover of the steering wheel off to get to the column and pull the center bolt. I've already removed the two caps on either side of the steering wheel and exposed the screws underneath. Is that where I start taking it apart?
