2002 Lexus RX 300 30,000 miles

I brought in my car for the annual inspection and, without looking at it, the dealership recommended that I replace the timing belt and water pump. I see that that service is usually recommended at 6 years/90k miles. Given that I've only driven 30k miles, do I need the service now? I'm not flush with cash right now so I don't want to do it unless it's really necessary.

Do you
have the same problem?
