CHANGED EVERYTHING STILL OVERHEATS

Engine Cooling problem
1992 Lexus ES 300 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 190000 miles

I BOUGHT THE CAR OVER 6 MONTHS AGO AND I JUST STARTED TO OVERHEAT. I CHANGED THE RADIATOR, THE THERMOSTAT, AND THE WATER PUMP AND IT STILL SEEMS TO OVER HEAT WHEN THE ENGINE RUNS. ... IF IT WAS THE HEAD GASKET WOULDNT THE OIL HAVE WATER IN IT??? IM SO CONFUSED I HAVE BEEN TOLD SO MANY DIFFERENT THINGS MY HEAD IS STARTING TO OVERHEAT !!!!! HOPEFULLY SOMEONE CAN HELP!! THANK YOU
