LEFT FRONT WHEEL KEEPS SLIPPING OUT AROUND CURVES, ON TURNS OR IN WATER.

Whenever I'm driving down a really windy road, or on a road with really sharp left or right turns my left wheel on my car always slips out and kind of bounces off the road struggling to get a grip. The right wheel never seems to have any issues at all. Sometimes it also feels like the movement of the left wheel-axle is completely restricted and the car is putting all of it's weight on the front left axle and making the suspension work extra hard. I have been doing some research and wonder if this is an issue with the CVT belt and how it connects to the inner CV joints, or if it's something in the differential or just CV joints.

Any thoughts?

The CV axles will have nothing to do with the suspension. What you are describing sounds like normal weight transfer.
