When you turn left the car makes a humming noise. When your driving straight or turn right it seems to be fine. I know what a bad CV axle sounds like and I do not think that is the problem. I took the tire off and I do not see anything obvious. Not sure what is is. Thanks for your help.

Does it sing when going straight or turning right?

No. Seriously. It sounds like it is the wheel/hub bearing on the left. Get a piece of thin tubing and stick a piece of metal into it. Remove the wheel and spin the hub on the left side while holding the metal "Stick" against the hub and the open end of the tube in your ear. Can you hear the hum?
