Engine Cooling problem
2003 Kia Sedona 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 112000 miles

my van is overheating. I replaced the radietor and flush it refilled the coolant and it is overheating. How would you know if its the head gasket or just air in the cooling system? If it is the head gasket how do you go about changing it? Is there away to test it?

Did you replace the thermostat? As far as the head gasket, have you checked to see if the coolant is mixing with the engine oil? Have you had to add coolant? Are there any leaks you see on driveway or do you smell coolant while driving? And finally, do you get good heat, how long does it take to overheat, is it the same as it was prior to replacing the radiator?
