Engine Mechanical problem
1995 Jeep Wrangler 4 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic 280000 miles

I just installed a new cylinder head, springs, rocker arms, push rods, lifters an it turns over but won't start. And it's fuel injected (mpi) also. So could it be my timings off? Should I check it? Please help

Hi Antny70, Welcome to 2carpros and TY for the donation

Did you put engine no.1 piston on its compression stroke/TDC before you align the cam and crank correctly and timings marks at vibration damper to 0/TDC and distributor rotor pointing to no.1 cap tower. If not the valve timing is off and this will also throw off the ignition timing.

If you have done the above correctly to the T-check for fuel and spark and get back with some results
