Electrical problem

well im lost. im no electrician but have looked shook wires and everything and can not figure out why i keep melting fuses. Everytime i turn my lights on i smell electric burning and its my park/tail fuse it usually still powers my lights but its nerve racking driving around worrying about my jeep catching on fire. so do you have any suggestions or should i just take it to a nearby automotive shop and pay the butt load of money its going to cost for them to find it?
