the AC was off, I had the heater on. Should the fan on cycle be longer?

What really matters is what happens when you turn on the A/C? Does the fan stay on? Right now it seems to be controlling the temperature well!
Fan should run with a/c on. Other times it will cycle!

Just thought the fan was cycling too much on and off and only stayed on for 5 sec., Thought mayby some temp sensor was going or what ever controls the fan cycles. Sounds like the fast on cycles may be normal? What is normal ops for fan cycles with AC off?
