About a week a go the bottom hose blew out. I replaced the hose. I drove it for about aweek and had no problems. Then I noticed that instead of running at 210 degrees, it's slowly going to about 215 to 220. But never higher. Then yesterday it had gone up to 260, check gages light came on. I turned the heat on in the vehicle an the temp started to come back down to 210 again, then back up to 260 then back again. All while driving, or at an idle. It seems to fluctuate every 10 min.
When I pulled up in front of the house, I shut the engine off and raised the hood. Of coarse to hot to do anything, and the overflow container was full and boiling. I'm not sure if it's a head gasget or just a stuck thermostat or a lazy thermostat on it's way of being stuck. What's your opinion?
