Electrical problem
1998 Jeep Cherokee 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic 124000 miles

I keep blowing the 20amp fuse, " Automatic Shutdown Relay, Powertrain Control Module" in the electrical power distribution center, every time I hit the ignition. I know this usually means a short, but I can't find it anywhere. Is there another reason this could be happening? I believe this causes the gages on the dash to quit as well. Is there a common problem or answer to this? I'm getting really frustrated. It just shut off at a traffic light.
