My 93 jeep cherokee rear drum brakes seem to be locking on some in slow conditions specially when wet. I took them apart and one of the shoes somehow got bent ( the steel part that contacts the wheel cylinder ) so I replaced them and the locking up was not near as bad but does still happen shoes and drums are in very good condition and are in adjustment nothing seized. Any comment may be helpfull

Did you replace the wheel cylinder on it? Replace the bent piece?

No I did not replace the wheel cylinder because I did not find any problem with it not rust and free moving, it was the shoe that bent and I replaced them
