What seems to be the problem?

2001 Jaguar SType was purchased used in 2003 about 33,000K miles. Front end collision in Feb 2004, complete repair via Jaguar Dealership. One year later current problem stuttering/hesitant during an incline acceleration. Check engine light came on and went off. Car does not accelerate well. There is a noise that was thought to be the serpentine belt but it appears to be coming from the tensioners. My biggest concern is the engine stalling on an incline. Has anyone experienced this problem and what would determine the cause to be?

Try the Mass Airflow Meter, the hill is just simulating a heavy load on the car
