Engine Cooling problem
2002 Jaguar X-Type 6 cyl All Wheel Drive Automatic

my car is overheating while stopped the cooling fans will not come on. I have checked the fuses and they are fine was wondering if it could be a sensor of some sort. Also my air conditioning is nice and cold while driving but is warm as soon as I stop. Was wondering if that could be related to the radiator not cooling off.

The problems are related. Most likely the cooling fan control module located on the fan shroud.
