Cleaning EGR ports

I am gettng a CEL P0405 low egr flow on my 2000 Trooper. Some suggested to clean the ports. What type of cleaner you Pros recommend safely to spray to the vacuum port? ;Safe for the o2 sensor. I am planning to clean it this weekend.

The best stuff for teh job would be seafoam. You can get it at most auto parts stores
