That sounds great, I believe your right, because im one of those older guys who actually got a job in the field doing the work and learning the trade years ago as aposed to schooling, and I felt the experience was a lot more valuable than what i've heard about in the schooling aspect. But I would like to learn about hybrid technology more and be able to condition my self for todays job market and im also trying to get out of california and find a job elswhere, if you have a recommendations, that would be wonderfull.

Look for accredited schools where you are willing to live. Wyoming Tech is a good school, there are many others as well. Try a Google search for Hybrid tech schools and go from there.
