2003 Hyundai Tiburon 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 63,000 miles

Manufacturer recommends replacing the driving belt at
60,000 miles. My mechanic recommends that I also replace all the belts (?) As well as the water pump, claiming it will save me money down the road. The Hyundai Dealership service person says all that's needed is the driving belt. I would appreciate your opinion?
