Engine bogs when accelerating rapidly from a stop. Vehicle scanned at dealer with no problem lights. All sensors replaced including MAF and TPC. Transmission replaced, injection system flushed and engine intake manually decarboned. Fuel system pressure checked. New plugs wires and coil and battery and positive cable. Timing belt, balance belt, crank sensor and blade good. Timing belt cover replaced. The problem persists. Almost stalls accelerating through an intersection. Problem worse when cold. All work done at dealer. Help. My wife is afraid to drive this car.

I think I mentioned that just about everything you say to check has been checked or replaced. Catalytic converter is OK, no fuel contamination, cap and rotor is fine. Everything you mention has been tested. Last choice may be a computer problem since it regulates the sensors. The dealer has spoken to a Hyundai rep and yet the problem continues.
