1994 Hyundai Excel with 125,000 miles just completely shut off when I was driving down the road. It had a quarter tank of gas in it. I have replaced the following: distributor, distributor cap, ignition coil, spark plugs and the wires, battery, check all fuses and still the engine turns but without start. I only gets a spark through only one plug. Tooked the car to a mech. And he returned back without hope. I am searching for a used ECU as a last resort. Could you tel me What is wrong?[/B]

If there is spark to the distributor from the coil, then all wires should be charged and spark as well. If not and only one does, the distributor is bad.
