Hello, can u help me. My check engine light has been coming on/off, I disconnect the battery cables for several minutes then it comes back on. I have 123,000 miles and the timing belt, water pump and tensioner has been changed last year in December 2005. Now the check engine light was coming on prior to the Timing work. Since then I have changed the neccessary sensors that ALDL codes gave me.( Fuel Pressure Sensor, Fuel Pressure Regulator, Crankshaft Position Sensor, Close Canister Valve, Purge Valve and Gas Cap) after replacing parts the last recent code was P0453 EVAP Emission Control-Pressure Sensor High. I don't know what that is. Now the car isn't starting and not getting any gas to the delivery fuel injection port coming from the gas tank. So I took the connector off the fuel pump and open the fuel delivery pipe I put 12volts at the pump direct bypassing the Fuel Pump Relay and the pump started working the gas flowing out of the delivery pipe. I couldn't check the amount of pressure though so I reconnect the connector to the pump and turn the car over there was no gas coming out the Line, then I took the connector of the pump again and checked the voltage at the connected while turning the ignition on it drops to 10.89volts coming from relay, then after turning the ignition off the voltage momentarily goes to 12volts, what ever voltage I get b4 the relay.I should have that same voltage after the relay correct? So do I need the full 12volts to operate the relay? The Vehicle just Turns and don't starts. Could this be a SENSOR. Could it be the Timing is off, if it is the timing it would be back firing right, or can the fuel pump still be bad?I need help please can you I appreciate your responses.
