Speedometer doesn't work! 1998 Honda Civic LX

I have a 1998 Honda Civic LX and the center guage cluster just stopped working it affected my speedometer, odometer & tripometer. I've tried replacing the speed sensor for $100 and that didn't solve anything. The mileage is about 180k and it's an Automatic 1.6L I4. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks!

Nickels worth here but check the output of the sensor and then I would crack the dash open to get to the cluster. See if there are any readings there. Got them replace the item in the cluster. No reading go backwards for break in the line or short.
