Honda Civic wipers
I have a 1999 honda civic ex with 90,538 miles on it and the wipers will not turn off I even took out the fuses and they are still going what could the problem be?
have the same problem?

Look under the hood for a fuse. This sounds like the wiper switch has bailed on you and needs to be replaced.
