I`m working on a 95 honda civic 1.5 with @132,000 miles on it. The radiator, head gasket, thermostat, and temp sensors have been changed and the fan wired to run with the key on and it still overheat and the lower radiator hose is still cold to the touch. Is it the waterpump going bad?

Sounds like u've got junks in ur block or water pump is not circulating enuff volume. Use a thermo meter to pin point the temp difference 1st and go from there. Good luck
