Heater problem
2003 Honda Civic 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 72000 miles

I only get heat when I am driving on the highway, as soon as I come to a stop or slow down my heat dies and cold air begins to blow out of the vents. My mechanic replaced the thermostat twice, the first time with a generic one that one worked for a day, then he replaced it with a Honda thermostat and that worked for about a week. I am now getting cold air again. Do you have any ideas what could be wrong? The car is going back in on Friday.
